1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian to enter into binding commercial contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of suspect fraudulent activity, automated scraping, or breach of these terms.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• Inventory & Specifications: We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, pouch counts, ingredient declarations, nutritional profiles, and pricing on this site are accurate. All formulations are genuine imported functional coffee sachets distributed from our Ahmedabad facility.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax regulations.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or bundle offerings without prior notice, provided that already confirmed orders will be honored at the checkout price.

3. Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions

Our payment gateway integration operates under strict compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circulars and merchant aggregator regulations:

• Supported Payment Methods: We accept online payments via Unified Payments Interface (UPI - GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards, and Net Banking across major Indian banks.
• Security: All transactions are processed over encrypted 256-bit SSL connections via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway providers. Card details and banking credentials are never collected or stored on our servers.
• Cardholder Authorization: You agree that all payment details provided during checkout are correct and that you have valid authorization to use the designated payment instrument.
• Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized chargeback claim initiated without prior communication with our customer service team will be contested with courier delivery confirmation proof and transaction logs submitted to the acquiring bank.

4. Shipping, Fulfillment & Inspection

• Confirmed orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Consignments are handed over to reputable national courier networks with shipment tracking sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If a parcel appears severely torn or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video to assist swift replacement.

5. Return, Cancellation & Refunds

Detailed rules regarding order cancellations, return windows (7 days from delivery for damaged/defective goods), and payment gateway settlement timelines are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand identifiers, product trademarks, photographic packshots, graphical layouts, and written literature on this domain are the intellectual property of Truslen and Aduaraa LLP. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly actionable under Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Truslen Coffee India, Aduaraa LLP, its partners, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order under dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
